Retrospection: April'14 Wrap Up

Another month-end and another wrap up post. This month's been a crazy one. My happy times are over, since my post-exam holidays have come to an end and my Masters classes are going on at a full swing. My daily schedule is totally messed up and I don't know how am I going to manage reading, reviewing and fangirling over books and living my online life the way I used to with all these creepy things called 'studies' I'm having to deal with on a regular basis o.O Okay, let's not spoil my mood for now, let me bask in the awesome shower of books I've got this month and other awesome blossom things that happened (among all other daily life crap) B)

First, I GOT A NEW BLOG DESIGN *squeals* Erm, ya, I know it's not supa-gaawhgeous or anything. I kind of started designing it a few months ago and then got stuck up in other stuff and restarted working on it only very recently. I was crucially bored with my old one and was in no mood to wait for my design Muse (who seems to have gone in an eternal hibernation) to wake up and help me do something utterly mind gobbling! Plus, I wanted to keep it fairly simple and plain while holding onto my previous color palette for posts, links, body and background (which was a combination basically of beige-turquoise-red-light yellow), so I finally resorted to the current design. Now, having said that, let's talk about other awesomesauce stuff that's happened in the last month-



I haven't watch much movies this month. Mostly because either I was too busy youtubing for all things Divergent and The Fault in Our Stars (Just freakin watch the latest #TFIOS trailer Okay?)

If you've noticed, I didn't do a wrap up for the month of February.That's because I had nothing interesting happening in both my online and real life. First myself, and then my mom had been terribly ill. Even before I realized the month was over and it was March! Till now I believed time flies only when you are either reeeeally having fun, or sitting for an exam where you keep staring at your script and vice versa. Anyways, so I thought of not doing a delayed post for February and sum it up all (FEB+MAR) in my March'14 Wrap up.

Hi all! Hope you are enjoying your holidays. And here I am, going on with my never stopping rants :P This is kind of an announcement (gosh I make so much of them!) If you follow my blog regularly, then you already know that I have merged three weekly haul feature into one as 'Weekend Haul' here at my blog. I realized that while this is good, and everything, it is time consuming, mostly because I get a lot of books, and most often I don't display them all (in a way I'm breaking the rule I know) because, well, I am lazy. Like, hell lazy when it comes to doing that kind of stuff. I can read books and review and do that kind of posts but for some reason, whenever I'm doing a weekend haul, I yawn. A Lot...then somehow end up sleep-writing (only to wake up with an embarrassing jerk and notice hieroglyphic English on my screen). Soooo...(here comes the announcement)..I'll be doing it on a monthly basis from now on!
